These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and V Chaitanya Chowdari ("the Provider"). By accessing chowdari.in, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, including the 2026 compliance mandates.

1. Acceptance & Eligibility (Youth Protection)

In alignment with the Digital Data Accountability and Privacy Act (DDAPA) of 2026, users must be at least 16 years of age to provide autonomous consent. Users aged 13–15 must possess verified parental or guardian consent to utilize Lab services. We do not knowingly provide services to individuals under 13.

2. Anti-Manipulation & Dark Pattern Prohibition

The Provider is committed to the "Transparent Interface Standards" of 2026. These Terms strictly prohibit the use of "Dark Patterns" or manipulative design elements intended to subvert user autonomy or force consent for non-essential data processing. All interactions on this platform are designed to be neutral and choice-driven.

3. Intellectual Property & Digital Assets

All content, including research papers, architectural frameworks, and proprietary scripts, remains the exclusive intellectual property of V Chaitanya Chowdari.

  • Lab License: Purchase of Lab resources grants a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license for internal professional use.
  • Derivative Works: Creation of derivative works for resale is strictly prohibited unless authorized via a Master Service Agreement.

4. Automated Decision-Making Technology (ADMT) Rights

If our services utilize Automated Decision-Making Technology to process requests or grant access to resources, users possess the following rights under the 2026 Fairness Doctrine:

  • Right to Explanation: Request a concise explanation of the logic used by the algorithm.
  • Right to Human Review: If an automated decision results in a denial of service or access, you have the right to request a manual review by a qualified human representative.

5. Lab Transactions & Payment Governance

  • Finality of Sale: Due to the immutable nature of digital goods, all Lab purchases are final upon delivery.
  • Compliance: All payments are processed via Razorpay in compliance with the latest PCI-DSS and DDAPA financial privacy standards.

6. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

Resources are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by the DDAPA, the Provider's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific resource in question.

7. Dispute Resolution & Private Right of Action

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. However, the Provider acknowledges the Private Right of Action afforded to users under modern data privacy frameworks for willful violations of data security or privacy mandates. In the event of a dispute, parties agree to mandatory mediation prior to initiating litigation.

8. Modifications

The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms to maintain compliance with evolving 2026 federal standards. Continued use of the platform following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
